THEME: CAPITALIZING ON CHANGE

Please submit proposals that address capitalizing on change in the following areas (one hour per presentation):

• Accountability Critical Issues
• Demographic Changes
• P16 Initiatives
• Partnerships
• Diversity
• Recruitment/Retention
• Curriculum Development
• Innovative Instruction Leadership
• Assessment

Please submit the following information electronically as attachments (Microsoft Word or PDF file) to bedardc@uhd.edu by June 16, 2008:

1. Cover sheet, to include:
   · presentation topic relevant to your proposal
   · name of preparation program
   · names of presenters and affiliations
   · name, phone number(s), and email address of contact person
   · title of session
2. Abstract, 100 words or less, for conference program
3. Presentation proposal, 750 words or less, as a separate document void of identifying information (for blind review process)

Proposals will be reviewed and presenters
notified by July 31, 2008.
All presenters must register for the conference by September 15, 2008.

Overhead projectors and screens will be furnished.
Cost for any additional equipment is the responsibility of the presenter and those
arrangements must be made directly with the hotel.
